Thibault Gehin, known as "Tbo" by his Texas friends, was born in a small French village near the Swiss border. Inspired by his mother's involvement in Rotary and her passion for service, Thibault became a Rotary Youth Exchange student. In 2009, he lived with Diane and Mike in the Dallas area, attending Marcus High School as a junior before completing his education in France. With a strong desire to return, he pursued higher education at Texas State University, earning his degree and later a prestigious MBA, graduating with a perfect 4.0 GPA.
Thibault’s professional journey spans multiple countries and industries. He holds a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and has lived and worked in Belize, Mexico, France and the United States. While in Belize, he managed operations and led projects. Muy’Ono Resorts, overseeing significant process improvements and property integrations. In Cabo San Lucas, he served as a property manager before returning to Texas.
He is now part of Morrison Financial, where he brings his expertise in project management, innovation, and teamwork to drive business growth and improve operational systems. A current H-1B visa holder, Thibault considers himself fortunate to have had diverse global experiences that shaped his career. An active Highland Village Rotary Club member, he continues to serve his community.
Outside of work, Thibault enjoys hiking, running, and playing pickleball. His passion for collaboration and achieving success with a dedicated team remains a core part of his professional ethos.
